This is an idea for Ryan (our performer's) hair. We have sprayed it back into a large side quiff to show off his red and orange highlights. This will mean that he will fit the genre better, as the artists in Indie Alternative bands do not tend to wear their hair all in their eyes. If we wanted to make Ryan more Indie, we could put him in a hat, just showing off the front of his quiff.

This is an idea for Sophie's superhero make-up. I used different types and colours of eye-liner to create the glowing-swirl effect.
We thought about using this make-up because it is very different compared to normal make-up, which makes Sophie instantly stand out. The gold elements of the make-up have connotations of good, angels, money and powers; which are commonly associated with superheroes.

Try to add a bit more detail. E.g how are you representing your artist? Stereotypically for the genre? If so why? Also, try to make links to theory - is the use of make-up entropic / redundant and why???
